What the heck is furcadia?

Well I'm going to give you two answers...

  First off I'll explain what Furcadia (furc) is from a real world view. Well to make it simple furc is an 3-D online chat room where you get to create a character which only you will be able to use. You run through a simple setup process in which you choose you characters race *Canine, Feline, Horse, Mouse or Ferret* and then colors for there *hair, boots, fur etc.* Then finally you give your character a name.

  You enter the would with your character always centered in the screen. You learn the controls pretty quick. Walking, sitting, picking up objects. Your best plain should be to find someone to explain things. There are always a few good people around to help out.

  Another way to see furc is through the eyes of my character PyroDuck. Pyro plays the role of Furcadia's historian. He is a soft spoken male feline that is always open to help new comers. He spends most of his time in a dream called Lost Lake run by another female character named Alexsi whom he met about a week after first entering the land of furc. You can play any role you wise when in furc. You can act like you do in real life or play a part (it's all up to you). Best way to look at furcadia is to see it as a fun place to meet people and have a good chit chat.
